As the Assistant Store Manager, in addition to performing all elements of the Lead Sales Specialist role, serves as the secondary manager of a Bose retail store


· Assisting with delivering the financial performance required for profitable store growth

· Driving Bose ownership

· Serving as Manager on Duty including supervision of the staff, overseeing customer experience

· Achieving daily, weekly and monthly Sales goals

· Delivering the Bose customer experience in all customer engagements and interactions

· Coaching all store colleagues on how to effectively engage and sell to Bose customers and offer a demonstrably unique customer experience and value proposition

· Assisting in recruiting and interviewing of the talent required to support a successful store business

· Assist with ongoing training of Lead and Sales Specialists

· Assists with communicating management expectations to store team and communicating store needs to Store Manager for effective action

· Achieves individual and team sales goals through the use of “customer first” engagement strategies and by employing Bose engagement tools as appropriate
