Summary:

As a Lead Sales Specialist, in addition to performing all elements of the Sales Specialist role, the Lead Sales Specialist role serves as part of the store management team and is accountable for specific operational tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

Role has responsibility for:

· Serving as Manager on Duty including supervision of the staff, overseeing customer experience

· Achieving daily, weekly and monthly Sales goals

· Assisting in tasks associated with effectively operating a Bose retail store

· Taking ownership of completion of specific tasks

· Assisting in recruitment, interviewing and ongoing training of Sales Specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

· Serves as Manager on Duty on designated shifts and when other mgt. team members are out of store

· Assists in the day to day operational responsibilities of the store and takes ownership of specific assigned operational duties as directed by the Store Manager

· Participates in the recruitment, interviewing, and ongoing training of Sales Specialists

· Fulfills all Sales Specialist responsibilities which include:

o Achieves individual and team sales goals through the use of “customer first” engagement strategies and by employing Bose engagement tools as appropriate.

o Delivers on our Brand promise through exceptional customer focus and service

o Demonstrates passion, enthusiasm, drive and confidence to succeed.

o Increases customer base through building customer relationships and active participation in personal trade activities

o Helps to implement Bose visual merchandising standards and execute promotional strategies

o Positive approach and willingness to participate in all store trainings and certifications to continually enhance effectiveness and customer experience

o Transfers value by recommending products based on benefits, not merely technical features
