At the time a contract is awarded, the ownership of the design and the artwork produced, in this case the public/private art mural project, will become the property of Colonie Center.

Thoughtful consideration and various perspectives will be solicited to discuss and determine which artist candidate(s) best meet the Colonie Center mural project goals and objectives.
