Welcome to Colonie Center. In order to provide a safe, secure, and pleasant shopping environment for all patrons, your cooperation in complying with the following rules of conduct is greatly appreciated:
Dogs must be leashed and/or in a carrier at all times.
Leashes must be no longer than 6 feet (including retractable leashes).
Dogs must be under their owner’s supervision at all times.
Dogs are not allowed to approach other guests or dogs unless invited.
Dogs are not permitted on escalators or elevators.
Dogs are not permitted in the Food Court or the Play Park.
Pet policies vary by store or restaurant. Dog-friendly retailers can be identified by a pawprint-shaped graphic in the storefront window. Retailers who are not dog-friendly can be identified with a bone graphic in their storefront window.
Owners must clean up after their canine.
If an accident occurs inside the Center, cleanup materials are located at designated DogComfort Stations within the Center’s common areas.
